1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: item(s) marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with discounts explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom or Personalised Items: Customised or personalised clothing is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale and Clearance Items: item(s) from sale or clearance sections are generally non-returnable unless specified at the time of purchase.
  • Worn or Washed Items: item(s) that have been worn, washed, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

  • Condition of Return: item(s) must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items not meeting these conditions will be declined.
  • Return Pick-Up: Shipments include two pick-up attempts. If unsuccessful, customers must return items directly to our warehouse. Note that reverse pick-up availability depends on your pincode.
  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Issues Promptly: For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance, which may include a replacement or store credit.
  • Inspection: All returns are inspected, and we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our conditions.
  • Note: Each print is handcrafted, resulting in unique variations. Please note that non-uniformity in appearance is natural and should not be interpreted as a defect.


4. Exceptions to Policy

  • Special Promotions: Some promotions may have unique return policies, communicated at the time of purchase.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds are provided as store credit. Once item(s) pass quality inspection, store credit is issued in the form of a gift card, redeemable for future orders.
  • Processing Time: Store credit is processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Note: Refunds may be denied if item(s) fail to meet criteria.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Period: Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase.
  • Condition: item(s) must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@theunifiedtone.com with your order number, your phone number, and details of the item(s).
  • Size Unavailability: If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll arrange an exchange for a different product or issue store credit, redeemable online.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


7. How to Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: Email support@theunifiedtone.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Return Instructions: We’ll provide return instructions; securely pack and ship items as directed.
  • Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the returned item(s), item(s) will be inspected. Approved returns will be issued store credit or processed for exchange.
